Helston Reroof
To re-roof the main house and build roof balconies on a domestic residence in Helston. When Mike approached Western Flat Roofing he wanted to upgrade his current system with a focus on improving the thermal element. He was also looking for a guarantee on the new roof.
The Solution
We recommended using Sika single ply on the roof, and Sika liquid plastics on the balconies. The end result was that the client has a roof he could walk directly on and the systems were in keeping with the original property. The art deco style house was complimented by our roofing for a modern twist and the client received a 20 year warranty.
Challenges
Often with refurbishments there are lots of challenges due to the condition of the existing roof. However we loved working on this unique art deco property.
