From large scale projects to smaller contracts, Western Flat Roofing has a well-established proven track record of supporting commercial businesses with trusted flat roof solutions.
Whether you are a business or a homeowner, solar panels provide you with free energy that generates electricity from the sun using framed silicone cells exposed to light.
As a family business we pride ourselves on delivering excellent work. We build meaningful relationships with our clients as a result of the quality of our services.
We are excited to announce that we have launched a brand-new company to complement Western Flat Roofing: Western Fire Protection.
After often being asked by our clients whether we can help with fire protection, we felt there was a natural opportunity for us to branch into a new service.
So, what is passive fire protection? Passive fire protection (PFP) is the term used for measures that are put in place to act as a barrier to fire, including using fire doors, building compartmentation, gap-filling measures, and fire-resistant materials.
These measures usually don’t require any human intervention once they are installed and are designed to stop the spread of fire, rather than to put the fire out.
As we all know, the safety of a building is incredibly important in the event of a fire, so we are now pleased to offer a range of services such as fire door installation and sign off as well as compartmentation surveys.
Do you need to be accredited to provide passive fire protection? Our expert team are now BMTrada and FDIS accredited which means that we have gone through thorough training to ensure our materials, products and processes are safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
Where will we be operating? Western Fire Protection will be servicing the South West of England including Cornwall and Devon. However, watch this space as you never know what exciting plans we have for the future.
If you would like to learn more about passive fire protection and how we can help you ensure the safety of your building, and its occupants, then get in touch. We have also launched a brand-new website where you can find lots of information about our services and expertise.
